The masthead is recognisable as the same logo is used on every issue of the magazine and the name of the magazine suggests someone who is likely to succeed. This has connotations of the readers of the magazine becoming prospects, possibly because of the topics covered in the magazine. This magazine breaks some codes and conventions as a magazine on their front cover. The main unique selling proposition would be that the covers are usually illustrated or collaged as opposed to having main images of celebrities and relevant people on the cover. This magazine also includes a tagline. ‘Think again, think prospect’ which implies that readers should choose Prospect as it is a magazine for educated and well-informed people.
